My shop rate is $80/hour plus GST.

Keeping your bike tuned-up is very important. Regular tune-ups help riders catch problems before they turn into major disasters. They also ensure bikes operate at peak performance.

Basic Bicycle Tune Up $100 plus GST

***Includes***

Remove grease and reinstall seat tube.

Inspect chain for stretch and degrease.

Inspect wheel alignment and frame and drop out alignment.

Inspect tires for tread damage, casing damage and correct orientation.

Grease wheel hubs.

Inspect wheel truing (Inspect for lateral, radial and dish true) and lube spoke nipples.

NOTE – Wheel truing is an extra charge based on estimated time for repair.

Lube axle bolts or quick release levers.

Inspect bottom bracket for play.

Inspect pedal torque.

Inspect chainring bolts torque.

Inspect derailleur hanger alignment and Inspect derailleur mounting bolt torque.

Inspect derailleur pulleys for wear and lube.

Inspect and adjust front derailleur cage alignment.

Inspect shifting cables.

Inspect brake cables.

Inspect cable lengths and routing.

Inspect handlebar stem. Remove and grease stem, headset bearings, star nuts, cap and stem and handlebar bolts. Reinstall headset.

Inspect handlebar level.

Lube brake levers.

Inspect gear shifting and adjust as needed.

Inspect brakes and adjust as needed.
